Me

So, who am I?  I am under no delusions of grandeur, just a thirty-something lady who likes to share thoughts and ideas with friends, family and other's that might stumble upon my tiny corner of the great wide blog world.  By day I'm an elementary teacher who adores her job.  But I'm also a wife, who is blessed with a great husband and wonderful family.  Our only child, for now, is our fluffy cairn terrier Mackey - although he also answers to Mackey Doodle Doggy and Boo :)

I enjoy running, sewing, photography, reading, music, outreach projects, traveling and life.  Still curious? Other random facts are here.  Some larger projects/programs that I love are:  Operation Christmas Child, Eden Garden Orphanage, and Half the Sky.  My deepest belief is that we are all loved by our Creator God and I seek to live in a way that honors Him (although I'll be honest, I fail miserable at this goal sometimes).  I pray that my life is one of love.  Read about why here.
